この地球上には「知っている人はウソだと分かってるけどあえて突っ込まない数字」が３つある。デーモン小暮の年齢、中国のGDP、そして、Facebookのユーザー数だ。なにせアメリカ製SNSだ。スケールがでっかくてナンバーワンだけど、いいかげんだ。

世界で6億人が使っているとメディアでは言っている。ネット業界以外の人が真面目に信じるのはかまわないが、ネット業界でこれを真面目に信じてる奴はアビバでパソコンの勉強をし直した方がいいと思う。

または、御社で雇っているコンサルタントだか、IT戦略コンサルタントだか言う人間が「Facebookは６億人が使っていて御社の製品のPRにナ ントカカントカ」と言ってきたら、コンサルタント契約を切って、そのカネでランドセルでも買って児童養護施設に送った方がまだマシだ。そんな奴はどうせ ファンページ作成支援とかFBMLナントカという謎の科目ですっごい高いカネをぼったくられるだけだ。
